Dietetics & Nutrition

Taking good care of yourself begins with paying attention to yourself

Nutrition is more than what you eat. It is also about how you care for yourself, how you listen to your body and which choices suit your life.

Sometimes you notice that eating has mainly become a way of absorbing stress, emotions or tiredness. Sometimes you know exactly what is healthy, but you do not manage to act on it in daily life. And sometimes your body is simply asking for more attention.

Together we explore what part food plays in your life. Not through strict rules or diets, but through curiosity and understanding. Small changes that really suit you are often more valuable than big plans you cannot keep up.

Perhaps you recognise this...

  • You notice that eating has become a way of dealing with stress or tiredness.
  • You have little energy and wonder whether nutrition plays a part in that.
  • Your eating pattern varies a lot, or no longer fits the way you want to live now.
  • You have been given lifestyle or health advice, but do not know how to keep it up.
  • You are looking for structure in the way you eat, without falling into a strict diet.
  • You have physical symptoms and suspect that food plays a part in them.

Good to know

Will I be given a strict eating plan?

No. I do not believe that one way of eating works for everyone. Together we look at what suits your body, your lifestyle and your goals.

Do I have to lose a lot of weight to receive support?

No. The support is not about a number on the scales, but about developing a healthy and lasting relationship with food and with yourself.

My view

I believe that nutrition can be a form of self-care. Not out of obligation or control, but out of attention and connection. When you learn to listen more closely to your body’s signals, it often becomes easier to make choices that feel good and are good for you.

My background in dietetics means I can bring nutrition into the support in a professional way. I look not only at what you eat, but also at how food, body, energy and wellbeing relate to one another.

A first step

You do not have to change everything at once. Sometimes a healthier relationship with food begins with a single conversation and one small step that really suits you.
